OH Jeez.....I had such good intentions. Well as soon as I posted I came down with 2 infections. One in my chest and one in my sinuses. I could not breathe well. My cough was dry. My nose was runny. I was getting the chills mixed in with a fever. I was sweating enough that I had to change my sheets 3 times in a night.....I slept with ice packs at my back to cook me down. I slept through the first week of the New Year. I can't wait to start my new workout next week.

So here we go. Another year. The best year. This is the year I finish my weight goal. THis is the year I achieve my career goal. I woke up this morning ready for 2010. I am no longer going to let life catch up with me. I will be moving into another apartment this month. That will not stop my diet. Every time I make a move I never keep up with my diet. I don't have pans to cook. It is easier to eat fast food. I am at Mc Donalds no I don't want a salad. I can get a slice of pizza for $2.50. Those are just a few of the excuses that make me do everything wrong.
I was watching the biggest loser marathon and realized LADIES do you know why we don't lose weight like men......because we quit......it hurts so we stop. We meed to start working out like men. No I am not saying men are stronger or smarter....actually quite thee opposite they are so stupid they don't know when to stop because it hurts.....lol
So that is my goal work out like a man. I woke up yesterday morning craving banana nut bread. So I made some and used flax seed meal for part of the flour....It actually cam out really good.

I am started off right I need to make sure I get in my workout. Let's go people. Oh and the count down starts in 18 days I will have lived in NYC for a whole year! How crazy is that.
